近日，江苏宿迁泗阳县新袁镇28岁的男子王健经过对二手车的改装和自制，花费6万元制造了一辆“兰博基尼超级跑车”，被网友戏称为“史上最牛跑车”。农忙时王健开着这辆车送过化肥，并在麦田里玩过漂移。宿迁市交巡警部门的相关人员表示，这车没有任何手续，并存在安全隐患，按照国家规定肯定不能上路。

　　王健介绍，这辆车是严格按照兰博基尼雷文顿超级跑车1:1比例制造出来的。为了造这辆车，王健先后买过两辆二手车进行改造，一辆尼桑面包车，一辆二手桑塔纳，前前后后仔细算下来总共花了6万元。但王健说不后悔，今年收小麦，他用这辆超级跑车送化肥，车头位置放两包，副驾驶放两包，车顶子上放两包，他还在麦地里跑了几圈，玩起了漂移。

　　王健为了制造这辆车，计算出雷文顿的轴距和轮距，自己焊接底盘，又买来4根新弹簧做成四轮独立悬挂。车子的发动机，用的是普桑的发动机，油箱从废品收购站买来，方向盘来自尼桑面包车，离合器是从一辆五菱面包车上卸下的。排气管则是新买的。车的底盘全是钢板，有四轮碟刹、六挡变速箱、刹车真空助力，方向盘也带助力，还有剪刀门。另外还特别注意了发动机后置，以及前后车轮的轮距之差，使车跑起来更稳。

　　对于这辆“超级跑车”，宿迁市交巡警部门的相关人员表示，王健的创造、探索精神值得钦佩，但这辆车是用旧零件拼凑的，存在安全隐患，而且没有任何手续，按照国家规定肯定不能上路。
